Advisory Board
The advisory board with a strong international diversification participates in the main strategic decisions of the Swiss International Business School.
The current members of the International Advisory Board are:

Stephan Ortner
Chairman of the SWIB Advisory Board and director of EURAC Research, Bozen, Italy
EURAC Research is an interdisciplinary research center with around 700 employees from all over the world, focusing on areas such as environment, health, energy and society and seeking practical solutions to pressing issues through applied research. Stephan Ortner leads this prestigious institution and contributes to its strategic direction and management.

Dr. Andreas Aufschnaiter
Experienced business expert and entrepreneur / former consultant of Arthur Andersen in Vienna / since 1991 entrepreneur in Munich, Germany.
Dr Andreas von Aufschnaiter currently serves as the Chief Executive Office at MS Industrie AG and is a member of the boards of several other companies.

Sebastien Arcos
Director of business and engineering schools in Lyon, France / expert in marketing, business management and international law.
Sebastien Arcos has over 25 years’ experience in higher education and business management and is deeply involved in issues of guidance for young people and higher education in relation to the expectations and development strategies of local and regional authorities.

Dr. Jameel Hasan
Director of Quality and Academic Development at Bahrain Polytechnic, a leading institution of applied learning and innovation in Bahrain.
Dr. Jameel Hasan has over 25 years of experience in quality management, assurance and improvement in higher education and psychometric testing and is currently leading the development and implementation of quality enhancement programmes and digital transformation initiatives.

Professor Joy Juyoung Chun
Chief Director of Center for International Affairs and Education, Dean of Liberal Arts College and Chair of School of Global Education (Applied Linguistics, Translation Studies, International Studies) at Kyungwoon University in Gumi, South Korea.
Professor Joy Ju Young Chun is very active in Central Asia (creation of Korean language King Sejong institutes in several countries) and South East Asia (conferences organized with SEAMEO).

Akshay Marwah
CEO at Asian Education Group, CEO of the Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT) as well as CEO of Marwah Studios, Noida – Delhi NCR – India.

Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy / Co-founder of Higher Education Connected / Former Director of International Development and Studies, University for the Creative Arts (UCA).
Cheryl Yu has acquired a solid higher education experience, encompassing strategy business development and implementations, partnership development and support, student recruitment & admissions and transnational education.
