Pre-Bachelor Semester Foundation Programme in Business Studies

The Swiss International Business School offers a pre-bachelor foundation programme in Business Studies to future bachelor course students who want to get a first approach to elementary business skills and academic research and to improve at the same time their mastery of business English. 

This 6 month (2 terms) programme will lead to a 30 ECTS credits (60 British credits) SWIB foundation diploma. After a successful completion of the programme the participants will also obtain an accredited British level 3 diploma. 

Students who want to participate in our pre-bachelor foundation programme should have a minimum level of B1 in English, assessed by an official English language test.

* Introduction to Marketing (5 ECTS credits)
English Language Proficiency ProgrammeStudents with a lower B1 level in English:
2 additional intensive weeks of English language training (20 hours of live teaching + important autonomous work) before the beginning of the programme to boost their global level in English

Students with a higher B1 or superior level in English:
Regular language training in Business English as well preparation of an official English language certificate (B2 or higher) – 1,5 academic hours per week (30 academic hours in whole programme)
